Bugs Fun is a street theater installation with an insect theme!
Insects may sometimes look scary, but they're actually very useful and you can have a lot of fun with them!
Whether you want to sit quietly and enjoy or explore everything, this installation is for all ages.
Practical information
This Pedal Power installation will remain in one location.
Playtime is a four-hour half-day session with short breaks; other times are also possible.
It also great to create a Pedal Power square with this installation at its heart. This way, people can sit and enjoy activities like Water Fun, Poetry Bike, Dreams, or ODI, which are located around it.
The seat has three levers that, when turned, play music or text about insects. There's also a rope you can pull to make the top section rotate, and the insect toys hanging from it "fly." When the bikes are cycled, they make a humming sound.
Dimensions
The central seating area has a diameter of approximately 3 m and is 3 m high. The bicycles each have a diameter of 2 m and are also approximately 3 m high.
