Movement and technology have always fascinated me. If you let something move, you quickly have the feeling that it lives, although you know that is not possible. Sometimes it also makes a sound or looks at you and people even start to pet it. That's the magic of technology for me.
My creations are imaginative and it is not always clear what it is. I hope the viewer is encouraged to make his own story about it. Although there is often a message, the pleasure of the visitor is the most important thing for me and therefore it is always brought with humor and joy.
I like working with used material, not only because of the environment, but also because of the shape. For example, a saddle with welding glasses is a brain for our brains. I like that kind of illusion.
If you play somewhere and people smile or smile, then my mission is already successful. But sometimes you get very nice reactions, like a lady in the 90s who came to me and said, "In all the years I live, I've never seen anything so beautiful, thanks for that". Such statements are the culmination of my work and give me the energy to keep going.
